Beginning in November 2023, all Simply Bread Oven L12 models are NSF certified. If your oven features an NSF logo on the front or on the label at the rear, it holds NSF certification. Your oven's serial number will also contain the letter “N” in it if it holds NSF certification. Below is an illustration of a data plate from an oven with NSF certification:
